13th Annual Stories in the Garden

*Important Location Update*

Due to the age of the pecan trees and the recent storms, it has been determined that this year’s Stories in the Garden will not be held in the Pecan Grove. Instead, please join us behind the Visitor Center, overlooking the Callaway family picnic area and under the shade of the tulip poplar trees, for the 13^th annual Stories in the Garden on Sunday, October 20, from 2pm to 4pm with light refreshments provided. Parking will be in the Hills & Dales Visitor Center parking lot and transportation to the site will be available for those with mobility issues. Doors will open at 1pm and the beautiful melodies of the Dulcimer Troupers will delight those who arrive early. Guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs or blankets for their comfort. In case of rain, the event will be moved indoors to the Visitor Center Great Hall. While we hope to be able to return to the Pecan Grove in 2025, the safety of visitors to Hills & Dales Estate and to Azalea Storytelling Festival events is of utmost priority. We appreciate your cooperation.
